​My name is Yuri. I am a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and director of fotofacts.info - fact gathering and presenting services.
I am also a pre-purchase house inspector. Together with my partner Natalia, a certified level I infrared thermographer, we've been helping home buyers and home sellers for more than 15 years.
During this time, we have had many requests from clients to help with supporting material to go through disputes with tradesmen, homeowners and tenants.
